Return Policy

At Shaun Resells, we stand by the quality and authenticity of every item we sell. However, due to the nature of reselling limited and high-demand items, we have a strict return policy.


Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • The item received is significantly not as described.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return.

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please Note: We do not accept returns due to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Minor packaging imperfections (e.g., slight box dents or scuffs)


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at [Insert Return Email] with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • In some cases, store credit may be issued instead of a refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time due to limited stock availability. If you need a different item or size, a new order will need to be placed (if available).
