At Shaun Resells, we stand by the quality and authenticity of every item we sell. However, due to the nature of reselling limited and high-demand items, we have a strict return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

The item received is significantly not as described.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please Note: We do not accept returns due to:
Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Minor packaging imperfections (e.g., slight box dents or scuffs)
How to Request a Return

Clear photos of the item showing the issue

A brief description of the problem
Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

In some cases, store credit may be issued instead of a refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time due to limited stock availability. If you need a different item or size, a new order will need to be placed (if available).
